This YAMATO KOBO CROSS model combines the visual language of traditional Japanese setta sandals with the flexibility and cushioning expected from modern athletic footwear. A high-rebound cushion built into the footbed assists push-off and supports smoother, more comfortable walking. The flexible EVA midsole softens impact, while the thermoplastic-rubber outsole improves stability and traction. Persimmon-tannin dyeing produces an earthy color and a naturally aged character. Integrated cushioning helps soften impact during walking. The lightweight EVA sole provides cushioning and flexibility.
